Doctoral Regulations

 

The following version of the Doctoral Degree Regulations is an English translation of the Doctoral Degree Regulations in the version dated March 1, 2019. Only the version of the Doctoral Degree Regulations published in the Official Announcements of the University of Stuttgart is legally binding.

IMPORTANT!: According to § 4 (9) PromO 2019, enrolment is mandatory for the entire duration of your PhD, meaning until the completion of your defense.
i.e if your defense is scheduled for the next semester, you must stay enrolled.
